TECHNICAL LEAD KAUNAS

What You'll Do:

🟢 Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the .NET framework or .NET Core.

🟢 Manage database design and administration, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.

🟢 Develop and maintain applications using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and microservices architecture.

🟢 Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like TeamCity and Azure DevOps.

🟢 Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

🟢 Apply design patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise applications.

🟢 Collaborate with the marketing, product, and IT teams to create seamless and innovative solutions.

🟢 Mentor and coach a team of software developers, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.

🟢 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What You Bring:

🟢 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field.

🟢 Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and databases.

🟢 Proven experience in event-driven and microservices architectures.

🟢 Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and cloud platforms.

🟢 Strong understanding of design patterns and their application.

🟢 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

🟢 Ability to set clear goals, manage team workloads, and inspire team members.

🟢 Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

🟢 Self-starter with a curious mind and a passion to innovate.

Bonus Points:

🟢 Experience with Rest API design and development.

🟢 Proficiency in SPA development with frameworks like Vue.js or React.

🟢 Knowledge of implementing security best practices.

4000 - 6700 €/month gross.
