CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER KAUNAS

Responsibilities:

🟢 Perform comprehensive analyses of existing technology and processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, streamlining, and optimization.

🟢 Utilize business development expertise to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports long-term business objectives.

🟢 Team development through strategic growth, team optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

🟢 Focus on long-term strategic planning by developing a roadmap that anticipates future needs and prepares technology to deliver top-performing products and services aligned with KIKA's goals.

🟢 Lead with strategic intent to ensure technology drives commercial success.

Qualifications and Skills:

🟢 Proven track record of leading IT teams effectively.

🟢 Experience in collaborating directly with C-level executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions.

🟢 Extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen.

🟢 Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead and motivate a dynamic team.

🟢 Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable engineering school.

🟢 At least five years of experience as a CTO in a similar sector (experience in e-commerce would be taken as a huge advantage).

🟢 Willingness to grow and “hands-on” approach.

🟢 And most important: love for pets and easily captivated by their charm.

From 5800 €/mon. gross.
